MPRES encourages the use of this site as a way to share information and knowledge related to the MPRES project, Toolkit, Professional Development, The Framework for K-12 Science Education, Next Generation Science Standards, and related information and materials. Site content may be subject to change without notice.
Content
Consistent with Montana University System policies and procedures, MPRES upholds the principles of academic freedom and shared governance, freedom of speech, and privacy in the use of electronic resources.
The MPRES web domain contains official pages in support of the MPRES project. It also contains content generated by groups or individuals whose expressed views do not necessarily represent the views of the MPRES project.
MPRES does not actively monitor or control web content. However, when MPRES receives a notification of an alleged violation of law or policy, we investigate and address violations accordingly. Contact the web administrator with questions or concerns.
Privacy
We do collect your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer and optimize our web site. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that user sessions will be tracked, but the users will remain anonymous.
Our staff occasionally monitors user behavior on the site, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.
The staff uses the information gathered above to tailor site content to user needs, and to generate aggregate statistical reports. At no time do we disclose site usage by individual IP addresses.
Accessibility
In the development of the MPRES website, we have worked to incorporate accessibility features. These features complement the use of assistive technologies and help make the site usable to the broadest possible audience, including those who use assistive technologies and those with older web browsers or computers.

In the development of this site, we have incorporated the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to the greatest extent possible.
